How long are the sessions and how often does the tutor meet with the child?

The sessions are 1 hour long and the tutor meets with the student once every week on the day you pick.

Is there a fee to pay to attend the sessions?

There is a $25 dollar fee per family, which goes directly to SPARSH, however there are no fees if you are receiving tutoring through a FCPS school (Working with PTA'S).

Can I get a tutor for a subject other than those listed on the Course page?

Please email us what tutor you want and we will let you know if there is one available to tutor your child.

Are there makeup days if I miss a day with my tutor?

Yes, you can schedule a makeup day by communicating with your tutor and coming up with a time that works best for both of you.

Am I allowed to change tutors after the sessions have begun?

You can email us if you ever want your tutor to be changed and if we have a tutor available to tutor the course your child opted for then we will be able to change your tutor.
